Beat the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pour in the Classic olive oil, Rose of Mary and milk.

Sift the flour into a bowl with the baking powder and add the sugar. Combine these ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix gently.

Add 2/3 of the chocolate cut into small pieces with a knife.

Pour the mixture into a 10×25 cm cake tin, sprinkle with a couple of tablespoons of brown sugar and finish with the leftover chocolate chips.
