Hugo is a lightly alcoholic aperitif, originally from South Tyrol, but now popular throughout northern Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Germany. It is famous for its goodness and the simplicity with which it is prepared! Originally, the classic glass of Prosecco was flavoured with mint and melissa syrup, but today the fragrant elderflower syrup is used.
