When the products ordered are received, we recommend that you immediately check the integrity of the package and the goods. If the product is damaged or does not comply with what was ordered, contact our Customer Service and request a refund of the expense incurred. Please visit the Refunds page for further details. In the meantime, here are some tips on what to check immediately: - make sure the packaging is intact. If not, we invite you to leave the package to the courier and give us immediate notice of the incident; - always sign the document that is delivered by the courier adding the phrase 'Accepted with Reservation'. This way you can more easily take advantage of the possibility to ask for a refund for any damage due to transport; - if the package received is damaged or the contents incomplete, take photographs of both the outside and the inside and contact our Customer Service. It will be our pleasure to explain how to send the photographs and thus begin the eventual procedure of reimbursement of expenses.
