Refunds
Here are some useful information on refund procedures following a withdrawal or complaint:
- the refund procedure is opened by the Customer Service once the necessary verifications have been performed (please refer to the "returns and complaints" section);
- the refund will be made with the same method used for the payment: for example, if a credit card has been used, it will be credited with an amount equal to what has been spent;
- the refund will be made according to the timeframe of the financial institution.

This document contains the general terms and conditions of sale that regulate the terms and conditions of online purchases via the Destination Gusto website managed, for all operational purposes, by the license holder Destination Gusto S.r.l. The products and services purchased on the Site are sold directly by Destination Gusto S.r.l., with a registered office in Viale Carlo Espinasse 163 - 20156 Milan, tax code, VAT number, and registration with the Milan Register of Companies no. 12240480967 (the "Seller").
Delivery problems
If you receive Destination Gusto products damaged or with the box already opened, please contact our Customer Service to start the necessary procedure for the refund of the expenses incurred and for the possible receipt of a new package. You will be asked to send photographs of the package and its contents via e-mail to the Customer Service.
We would like to remind you, however, that all our shipments are totally safe. Destination Gusto always uses the utmost care in packaging, in order to avoid any kind of damage.

This document contains the general conditions of sale that control the terms and conditions of online purchases through the Destination Gusto website managed, for all operational purposes, by the licensee Destination Gusto S.r.l., Destination Gusto S.r.l. may modify or simply update all or part of these General Conditions of Use.
Withdrawal and returns
Right of return
If you have changed your mind after placing an order on Destination Gusto and you want to return the goods, you have the right to revoke the purchase contract, without penalty, within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, as indicated in art. 52 of the Consumer Code.
How to behave upon delivery
When the products ordered are received, we recommend that you immediately check the integrity of the package and the goods. If the product is damaged or does not comply with what was ordered, contact our Customer Service and request a refund of the expense incurred. Please visit the Refunds page for further details.
In the meantime, here are some tips on what to check immediately:
- make sure the packaging is intact.
