PROCESSES CARRIED OUT THROUGH THE APP DESTINATION TASTE
The processing of personal data resulting from the installation and use of the Destination Gusto APP (hereinafter referred to as the "app") is carried out in order to enable the use of the services distributed through this application.
Following the download and installation of the app, the model of the mobile device used and the type and version of the operating system used are automatically detected by the mobile device. This information helps us provide the required performance and manage the app, analyze its use, protect the app and its content from inappropriate or inappropriate use, and improve the user experience.
Personal data is used to make the App available, maintain and improve it, and communicate with users.
The download of the App is also used as numerical data for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the number of users who download the App.

As regards the data saved by the app in the device keystore, on the basis of the operating system used, the following is noted:
- Android: the data are saved in the shared preferences until the customer runs "Delete data" from the Application Manager or uninstalls the App;
- IOS: data are saved in the keystore.
Destionation Gusto is not involved in these treatments; for further information regarding the saving and deletion of data on the device we invite you to refer to the producers of the operating systems used.
DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER
The voluntary and explicit sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site/app involves the following acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. The communication of personal data is optional but it is strictly necessary for the management of the requests made by the party and for the execution of the services offered.
The owner may process Contact Data to allow you to complete the registration process to the Site/App and allow you to access your Personal Area in order to: (i) download from your Personal Area documents relating to the services you have purchased; (ii) carry out other requests made through the website. If you voluntarily decide to do so, registration to the Site may also take place using the Social Log-In mechanism. The parties to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to exercise their rights under the Regulation (right of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing, data portability, opposition) with the Controller by sending a request in writing to dpo@intesasanpaolo.com or by post to Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., Piazza San Carlo, 156 10121 Turin, making explicit reference to the Destination Gusto website.
NAVIGATION DATA
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation and for the sole duration of the connection, some personal data which transmission is implied in the use of Internet communication protocols (so-called navigation data).
This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their inherent characteristics could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment.

- to pursue a legitimate interest of Intesa Sanpaolo, Group companies or third parties where such interests do not conflict with the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subjects (Article 6.1 letter f of EU Regulation No. 679/2016), namely:
- establishing liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the website and for investigations in the event of possible litigation.
- to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning, as well as for the purposes of measuring and improving the services offered and the Site.

The data collected on navigation persist on the server for a period of 12 months. The Personal Data may also be processed for a longer period, if an act of interruption and/or suspension of the statute of limitations justifies the extension of data retention.
